About Me

With over 20 years of estate agency experience, starting as a Sales Negotiator in London in 2004, my career has spanned frontline sales and lettings, founding and owning my own successful estate agency brand, and ultimately selling it to one of the largest estate agency groups in Europe. I now work as a trainer and consultant to some of London’s and Marbella’s leading real estate & property companies, with experience across sales, senior leadership, prop tech, operations and strategic marketing.

I began my journey as a trainee negotiator and have since trained and supported hundreds of negotiators, from complete newcomers to become confident, effective and consistently high performers in their roles.

Because I have lived the role myself, and seen first-hand time and again why some people succeed while others struggle, I understand the real challenges that new and less experienced negotiators face. That experience has allowed me to develop a clear, practical framework that helps people understand what the job actually requires and how to execute it consistently to achieve meaningful results.
